Shipping Cost
Our online store is only available in NZ at this stage, but with all your support we hope we will be able to help mamas all over the world too.
Shipping within NZ is $10 for all orders under $150. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding oversized items).
All packages are sent with signature required, but please add “authority to leave” in the additional information box at check out, to allow courier to leave it at your door (or recommended spot at the delivery address
Time Frames

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

We do not ship orders out on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are sent via tracked courier.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

Covid-19 is truly impacting delivery times and we can only apologize and reassure you that we are working as hard as we can to ensure a smooth delivery.
Note that pre-order items will be shipped within the allocated time frame and any delays will be communicated to you.
Local Pickup
Hamilton Mamas, if you want to come and say Hello to us, feel free to contact us and or select “pick up” at checkout to organize a time to pick up your goodies. Pick-ups are generally available within 24 hours. Please be aware that we are operating our clinic with patients at the same location so please make sure you turn up at the discussed time to avoid disappointment.
Returns and exchange

Please, take your time to place your order as, here at the TLC Osteo store, we do not offer a refund or an exchange for change of mind.

Note that for hygienic reasons, our AWWA period underwears and Silverettes cannot be returned unless faulty.

All items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us on care@tlcosteopaths.nz within 5 days of receiving your parcel, so we can discuss with you the details of our procedure for returning your products.
